Microsoft angered Windows 11 users by removing the ability to arrange icons in the system tray

Specifically, Microsoft recently started testing a new way to manage the Taskbar on tablets using Windows 11. In Build 22572, this new feature was added, but its drawback is that ordinary Windows 11 users can no longer arrange icons in the system tray on the Taskbar.

Microsoft confirmed in a Post on Feedback Hub that this is a change implemented following the launch of the tablet-optimized Taskbar using Windows 11 now available in Preview Builds of the operating system. At this point, it doesn't appear that Microsoft is willing to undo this change regarding Windows 11 system tray icons, so make sure you've complained to Microsoft about the issue in the Feedback Hub for publicity.
